All Program Chairs should submit three copies of their recital, competition, and festival programs to:
One of these is sent to the State in order for all composers and publishers to be appropriately paid through the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers.

Note: Teachers may voluntarily submit copies of their own private recital programs, if they so desire, to Earlene. That will allow composers to receive royalties on their works performed. There is no cost to any members of MTAC who submit their programs.
